Will’s parents chose a lifestyle session, which focuses on connection and simple shots of baby with mom and dad. This tiny nugget is family (a cousin’s baby) and just the sweetest little boy. I was so excited to meet Matthew and catch up with his parents. We got lots of shots of him all snuggled up and posed, as well as family lifestyle photos in the nursery. Getting to photograph these new babies in the first few weeks of their lives is such an honor and one I don’t take for granted 💙

I was so excited to meet Miss Scarlett after photographing her big sister Ella (check out Ella’s newborn session here!). The two girls look so much alike, it was almost like deja vu! For Scarlett’s session, we incorporated soft pinks and purples, as well as girly accents like lace and pearls.

This precious girl was an extra special arrival- she has FOUR older brothers who were so excited for her to join their family! Since she’s the first girl, mama requested all the pink, lace, and floral vibes for her newborn session. Each brother also took a turn holding Ayla for their family/sibling shots and they are just so sweet 💕
Charlie, 10 days new | Wilmington NC Newborn Photographer
This sweet girl is so loved and cherished by her parents and I could feel the love as soon as I met them all! Little Charlie was an absolute doll, complete with chubby cheeks and the most precious little fingers and toes.
Charlie’s parents chose a Classic Newborn Session, meaning both posed baby-only shots and family photos were included in their session. I always encourage families to incorporate anything special or personal into their newborn sessions. We got some shots of Charlie in her mama’s wedding veil, which just melted my heart 💕
