As a coastal North Carolina native (I was raised on Oak Island), I love meeting families who come to the area for vacation! Since 2015, I’ve photographed over 500 families who have traveled to our local beaches. Many times, grandparents come for a week with their adult children, grandchildren, and maybe even a pet or two. Your family members might be spread apart across the country and the week at the beach is such a special time to have everyone together. Maybe you have young children and you want adorable photos of your babies playing on the beach and updated family portraits. I’m a mom of four little ones myself and I know how quickly they grow (and I promise to make the experience enjoyable for everyone- I’m no stranger to chaos or toddler meltdowns!). I even have many groups I’ve seen multiple times over the years and it makes my heart so happy to watch your families grow each summer!
