Mila, 10 days new | Wilmington NC Newborn Photographer

Mila was such a beautiful little sweetheart for her newborn session! I mean, look at those cheeks! We used girly colors, like pinks and purples, as well as neutrals and a special rainbow baby set up. We also captured her Native American heritage using a patterned blanket and beaded headband. And I loooved her nursery and the beautiful lifestyle family images we captured!

Everly, 14 days new | Southport NC Newborn Photographer

I've known this sweet girl's parents for a long time! They were friends of mine in high school (and high school sweethearts themselves!), so I was honored to capture their family after they welcomed their first little one. Everly was such an adorable baby and totally rocked her session. The nursery was beautifully decorated with a pastel woodland theme, so we took family portraits in there as well.

Sadie, 11 days new | Leland NC Newborn Photographer

Newborn photos are special for many families, but these images from Sadie's newborn session are especially treasured. Her grandmother passed away about a year before she was born and Mom wanted to incorporate her into the photos. You'll see an image below where Sadie's grandmother is watching over her. We also used a set of her pearls and sweet angel wings to honor her grandma.

The color palette for Sadie's session includes shades of purple and cream, perfect for such a sweet little lady. We also took family photos in her nursery (which is GORGEOUS!) and you can just feel the love these parents have for their girl. 

Margo, 10 days new | Leland NC Newborn Photographer

Oh my goodness- this baby girl was so adorable!! Margo's squishy cheeks and fluffy hair were just too much! She was also super alert, which makes my job a little harder, but I didn't mind because look at those gorgeous eyes (and eventually, she could no longer resist my sleep magic!). I was a few weeks from my own due date during this session and it's a good thing because she definitely would've given me a big case of baby fever!
