Golden hour beach sessions are some of my favorite things in the world! The hour right before sunset is known as “golden hour” and I think its even better on the beach. This precious family was on vacation on Ocean Isle Beach and wanted to remember the occasion with updated photos. The little girls in matching dresses were just absolutely adorable and they definitely have grandpa wrapped around their fingers ❤️

This little girl was absolute perfection! Olivia was such a cutie, with a head full of hair and the sweetest, tiny features. I styled her session using pink and white, as well as floral and pearl elements. She slept almost the entire time and even gave me a few milk drunk smiles.

This gorgeous family of four spent some quality time at Ocean Isle Beach, one of my favorite local beaches! It had been raining most of the day, but cleared up just in time for our session. The two kids were such naturals and enjoyed both playing on the beach for candid shots and posing with mom and dad.

Little Avery has the kindest, most photogenic family ever and big brother was thrilled to introduce me to his new baby sister. We took lots of sibling/parent/family shots in their beautiful home, including the living room, bedroom, and nursery. Those early days can be a blur, especially for mama, but these photos will forever hold such sweet memories.
For Avery’s solo shots, we kept it simple with neutrals and pinks, as well as floral and lace elements. She definitely enjoyed being nice and swaddled 💕

I love a maternity session on the beach so much! Carolina Beach is such a gorgeous location in general, but especially for two lovely parents-to-be. This location near the Carolina Beach Pier has several beautiful areas to give variety in a gallery, such as the dunes, rocks, and of course, the pier.
The three of us had the best time getting to know each other during Kelly’s maternity session. It was a perfect evening and I left the session being so excited to meet their baby boy in the coming weeks.
