Graham, 11 days new | Wilmington NC Newborn Photographer

Baby Graham was such a sweetheart during his newborn session! He slept wonderfully, which allowed me to capture some adorable poses. His mom requested greens for his portraits and I think the deep color was perfect for him and his seriously flawless skin/beautiful complexion!. I totally swooned over his nursery when mom sent me photos and it was just as gorgeous in person, which made a lovely backdrop for family portraits. I love the way you can sense so much emotion while looking at the images with Graham and his parents. Also, both of his grandmothers were present for his session, so we were able to grab a few images with several generations, which I think he'll always treasure!

Alexei, 11 days new | Wilmington NC Newborn Photographer

Alexei melted my heart with his sweet, chubby cheeks and wispy, blonde hair. He rocked his newborn session at 11 days old, sleeping mostly the entire time. However, he woke up a few times to check out what was going on and we sneaked some shots of his gorgeous eyes. His mom requested blues and neutrals, which complimented his nautical themed nursery. Alexei also has a handsome big brother and in one of the first images below, we caught adorable smiles from both brothers!

Beth & Nate | Wilmington NC Maternity Photographer

Beth is one of my closest friends and she also happens to be one of the most beautiful expecting mamas ever. Beth and her husband Nate are so adorable together and I had so much fun laughing with them and assuring them that they are definitely not awkward! These images were taken a couple months ago, when the flowers had just started to bloom and everything was turning green, which made for a beautiful backdrop during their session.

Beth is so great with little ones and she's been an amazingly supportive during my motherhood journey, so I'm excited to watch her become a mother herself. Baby Jameson is due literally any day now and I cannot wait to get my hands on him!

Dani, 6 days new | Wilmington NC Newborn Photographer

Oh my goodness, Dani was seriously a dream baby during her newborn session! Less than a week old and so incredibly adorable. She also had an equally sweet big sister who was so excited to have her very own baby. She kept checking on Dani if she heard her make a peep, so I can tell these two are going to be the best of friends! We captured some images that represent the special time after bringing home baby number two and then Dani posed like a pro for me. I think mint, pink, and neutrals were perfect for this girl!

Fawkes and Phoenix, 16 days new | Wilmington NC Newborn Photographer

One tiny newborn is cute enough, but two?! That's almost too much sweetness to handle! Fawkes and Phoenix were just over two weeks old for their newborn session, but they were still under 5 lbs each! These two little boys stole my heart within minutes- not only were they just adorably cuddly, they also barely made a peep and just continued to snooze away for hours (waking occasionally to be fed or nudge the other brother!). They're also incredibly lucky because they have seriously amazing parents who were already rocking this twin newborn thing, as well as an awesome big sister!
