Lilly Grace 18 Months | Southport NC Child Photographer

Miss Lilly is one of my favorite little girls- she happens to be the daughter of my best friend AND she and my youngest son are less than two months apart in age. Needless to say, she has a special place in my heart and we've spent a lot of time together since she was a tiny baby. Lilly was 18 months at the time of this session and definitely has the personality to show for it! She is such a cutie and almost always smiling.

We ended up at Franklin Square Park in Southport searching for flowers. It was early spring, so still a little chilly, but we did find some beautiful blooms. Here are some of my favorites!

Braylon is ONE! | Leland NC Child Photographer

I've been photographing little Braylon since he was a tiny newborn! I cant believe he's now an adorable toddler. It's so fun watching these babies grow up and getting to know their personalities! We took his photos at a local park and even though the bugs were biting, Braylon was such a good sport. He definitely made me work for it, though, as he is an active little guy! He has a baby sister coming in a few months and I can't wait to meet her and get some sweet sibling shots <3

H. Family | Oak Island NC Family Portrait Photographer

I met this family and instantly knew they were a blast! They were vacationing on Oak Island and wanted to capture some memories and new, updated family portraits. You could tell they were so excited to all be at the beach spending time together. The grandparents reminded me very much of my own and their personalities were so bright and sweet. The girls (ages 13, 4, and 6 months) were adorable and so easy to photograph! Here are my favorites of this lovely family!

Savannah, 17 days new

This beautiful baby girl's mom requested blues, greens, and neutrals for a natural, beachy look. She also brought along big sister, who was so excited about the new baby! Savannah did not want to sleep (we caught a few short snoozes!), but that just meant we captured lots of images of her pretty blue eyes! Even though she wasn't particularly sleepy, she was still a happy, quiet baby and I think her calm personality shines through these images. These are some favorites from her session!

Harper, 18 days new | Leland NC Newborn Photographer

My first impression of little Harper was "Oh my gosh, the HAIR!" She really is such an adorable baby, from her hair to her tiny toes!  She was also pretty kind to me and slept like a champ! Sometimes, the babies make me work for their naps, but this one barely opened her eyes during her entire session. We chose simple, feminine colors and set-ups for Harper and I think she rocked it!
