Brooklyn, 12 days new | Wilmington NC Newborn Photographer

Beyond this baby girl just being insanely gorgeous (THAT HAIR!), this session was a lot of fun because her daddy was a college friend of my husband and he was in our wedding. About a month after my 9th wedding anniversary, I was photographing the beautiful daughter of one of our groomsmen! Being able to be capture these moments in our friends’ lives is such a fun part of my job!

Brooklyn’s session had lots of pink, peach, and neutrals incorporated, as well as a family heirloom dress, which was so meaningful to her mama 💞 We also caught a few newborn smiles, which is my favorite!

Cameron, 13 days new | Wilmington NC Newborn Photographer

This pretty girl had the most precious cheeks and tiny little chin dimple! If I wasn’t already very pregnant during her session, Cameron would’ve given me some serious baby fever! She was like a living doll baby and she was so good to me. Plus, her big brother was the sweetest little guy!

We used lots of pastel pinks and purples, along with bright, clean neutrals. The floral bucket pose was probably one of my favorites because Cameron just looks so perfect with her chubby cheeks and adorable arm rolls, but it’s honestly so hard to choose!

Judah, 14 days new | Wilmington Newborn Photographer

I had been looking forward to meeting this gorgeous boy for months and his newborn session did not disappoint! I could barely handle his squishy cheeks and tiny little lips! I photographed Judah’s brother, Alexei, two years ago and his mama has become such a sweet friend, which is honestly one of my favorite parts of being a newborn photographer.

Fowler, 12 days new | Wilmington NC Newborn Photographer

The first thought you had when looking at this baby is probably “THAT HAIR!” I seriously could not stop playing with Fowler’s gorgeous hair during his newborn session. Since my own babies were all pretty much bald at birth, I love a baby with a lot of hair! Not to mention his perfect, chubby cheeks and serious baby expressions! Melt my heart ❤️

Abigail, 9 days new | Wilmington Newborn Photographer

Miss Abigail’s newborn session was full of bright, girly colors like coral, pink, and mint, along with lots of floral accents! Her adorable nursery is ocean/mermaid themed, so we found a tiny mermaid outfit to incorporate as well. Sometimes the stars align and babies are completely content their entire session and Abigail was definitely perfect! And just look at those delicious baby rolls and sweet toes we captured 😍
