I’m obsessed with sessions at Fort Fisher AND maternity sessions, so this one was super special! These sweet parents-to-be got married at Fort Fisher and returned for their maternity session with their sweet fur baby. We got some shots in all the best locations- in front of the rocks, in the midst of the famous Fort Fisher trees, and on the beach ❤️
Lena, 9 days new | Wilmington NC Newborn Photographer
This little lady is very special to me because she is my one and only niece 💕 Obviously, I couldn’t wait to get Lena in front of my camera! She is so gorgeous, like her big brother Owen (you can check out his newborn session here). I had lots of creative freedom during this session, so I got to play around with props and colors I rarely get to use (like blue on girls). My sister also brought a special bow for Lena- it was made out of her wedding dress 🥹
W. Family | Wrightsville Beach Photographer
I met this fun group of close friends during their end-of-summer getaway to Wrightsville Beach. We met at Crystal Pier, which is one of my favorite beach session locations. With 5 kids, 3 of them infants, it was definitely a sweet session! We got some photos of everyone together, as well as each individual family, all the girls, all the guys, and some silly shots to end the evening ❤️
Beckham, 9 days new | Wilmington NC Newborn Photographer
This little nugget had the sweetest features and the kindest parents, the best combo for a newborn photographer! Tiny Beckham’s parents requested blues and greens for his classic newborn session. We even incorporated his future surfboard, which was a special treat for dad 😍 We also got some family shots in Beckham’s nursery, featuring the family’s other (fur) baby.

We had the most gorgeous backdrop and weather for this extended family session on Bald Head Island. This beautiful group gathered together for a special vacation all together and decided it was a perfect time for updated family photos.
I adore extended family sessions because I love getting to see all the family dynamics and relationships. Most of the time, the grandchildren are obviously the stars of the show 🤩
